Assessment products do not include courses or course materials. They are used only to assess the knowledge of employees related to the subject being assessed.
Why use an assessment?
They are significantly cheaper than purchasing a course and can verify the knowledge of an individual without performing the training. This is particularly useful for annual assessments where records are required. For those employees who do not have the required knowledge level then courses can be purchased and taken which also include a retake of the assessment.
