New Employee Awareness training program for 2025
Beginning January 2025 we are taking a new approach to delivering our employee awareness training courses. Instead of customers figuring out which courses are best for them and setting it up themselves in a completely self-service way, we are instead taking a more hands on and collaborative approach to help customers define and implement the best possible cyber awareness training for their staff.
We aim to provide a comprehensive company wide Cyber Security and Data protection employee awareness training program to our customers, which is tailored to their organization specific needs. Organizations are becoming increasingly aware of the strategic importance of getting this training right whilst recognising that organizations are unique in terms of operations and resources.
That often makes it challenging and time consuming to develop and manage a comprehensive awareness training program. That is where we come in. We leave technical training to others, but non technical employees are equally important. In fact technical experts also need a broader non technical perspective so our courses are just as valid for technical staff. We also have a new and very simple pricing approach for micro, small, medium and large organizations.
What do you get?
We are going to keep things really simple. You purchase a standard solution for a fixed price which reflects the size of your organization: Micro, small, medium or large. All standard awareness courses, existing or emerging are included in all solutions, regardless of the organization size. We help you select which ones are best suited for you to enroll employees in, but you can get them all if you wish.
This means that all standard solutions have access to all our standard employee information security and data protection awareness courses including associated resources for the period of the license term, normally 12 months from purchase. We have different courses that target specific employees, because they have different roles to perform, in different contexts and can be exposed to different risks.
Are customizations and additional options available?
Yes. We can also provide the following optional configurations and services:
- Drip feed delivery
- Hybrid delivery
- Scheduled delivery
- Pre booked in person delivery (online remote)
- Custom course content creation (see notes below)
- Specialist courses in subjects such as Risk management, Strategy Development, Information security Management system implementation, Internal Auditing
If you want to go a step further and require custom curated courses, we have options for that too. For example, we can create a new custom course built from pre existing standard modules in existing course content. Alternatively we can create new course content, specific to the roles and activities unique to your business, or include your company specific resources within the material.
How does it work?
We have a simple process, where we complete the program set up and configuration for on you on our platform, once you completed an initial questionnaire and meet with one of our team. We initially agree up front what courses are best suited to various groups of employees, the timeline, delivery options and you then provide us with contact details of employees. We then take care of the rest. The employees are engaged automatically once enrolled and we provide periodic progress reporting to the nominated contact.
If you have customization requirements we simply agree what they are up front.
Once enrolled in a course, all standard awareness courses are completed by your employees on a Self service, self paced basis. For a complete list of standard courses and content currently available, refer to our courses page.
Are my existing courses affected?
If you have previously purchased courses for individuals or groups, then you will still have access to those courses and groups as you have before. Once the access to those courses or groups expires at the end of the license period (usually 12 months from purchase) then you will not be able to purchase new licenses in the same way. Similarly, you will not be able to add additional seats to existing groups.
What is the pricing of the new solution?
We are going to keep pricing very simple, according to common definitions of micro, small, medium and large sizes of organization. There will be one fixed fee for each size of organization. There will be a separate additional fee for any options relating to customization.
